1. How does a Quooker work?
The Quooker works with a vacuum-insulated tank that keeps water at 100 °C continuously. As soon as you open the tap, boiling water is dispensed instantly.
2. Can a Quooker also provide cold water?
Yes—a Quooker tap supplies cold, hot, and boiling water. With the Quooker CUBE you can also get chilled and sparkling water.
3. Is the boiling water really 100 °C?
Yes—the water from a Quooker tap is always at 100 °C, perfect for tea, coffee, pasta and more.
4. How safe is a Quooker?
Very safe—the tap features a double push-and-turn control and an insulated spout to prevent burns.
5. How many cups of tea can I make with one tank?
A PRO3 tank holds about 3 L—enough for approximately 12-15 cups of tea before reheating.
6. Can I fill a pot directly under the tap?
Yes—just press and hold the control knob. This safety feature prevents accidental dispensing.
7. How long does it take for the tank to reheat?
After full use, it takes around 10 minutes for PRO3 and about 20 minutes for COMBI or COMBI+ tanks to reach 100 °C again.

3. How do I remove limescale from the Quooker tap?
Soak the aerator overnight in cleaning vinegar, then rinse thoroughly and reinstall. Replace with a new aerator if necessary.
4. Do I need to replace the CUBE CO₂ cylinder?
