1. Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Products that are custom made or special ordered are not eligible for return.
- Hygiene products and accessories can only be returned unopened and sealed.
2. How do you return a product?

- You will receive return instructions and a return address.
- Please pack the product carefully and return it via a traceable shipping method.
- Return costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
3. Refund
After receiving and checking the returned product:
- You will receive your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
- If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is an error on our part.
4. Defective or incorrect products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will then arrange a free exchange or refund.
5. Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
Hygiene products with a broken seal.
Products that are used, damaged or not in their original condition.
Customised or personalised products.
